Second post on this one...my apologies for my errors...the serial number now appears in the subject line, as it should...

Used Series 1, purchased second hand at Washington Music Center, Wheaton Maryland, in the early 90's.

Lionell Bruton, who I am assuming had this one built, has his name on it, below the serial number: 80 1684 USA

I'm attaching a photo of that information here in this post, photos of the full guitar in this thread for you to see

What a joy it is to play. Mica, if and when you read this, I am interested in registering this bass in my name, and having some custom/modification work on it. I know you all have a busy shop and schedule, and I will be patient.

In the meantime, any and all information you can provide on the specs, date of build, materials, electronics, all of it, would be really appreciated.

I love my Alembic!
