  With templates for scale and a suggested positioning:   The position is for reference – you are free to direct a different one if you select this wood. Successive slices from the same board. Will make a great top and back. Freshly sanded surface, will be a little darker when finished. Note that 080904-24 has some small holes that will be filled with Ebony dust and epoxy. These are marked with white chalk on the board. Depending on the body shape, they can be avoided altogether. |
