Scratchy Treble pot on Epic

Author Message flatwoundbass Junior Username: flatwoundbass Post Number: 12 Registered: 8-2011 Posted on Sunday, September 18, 2011 - 9:11 am:    Hey all, I have read the posts on scratchy pots that suggest turning multiple times to clear the noise, but my treble pot on my Epic is non-responsive to that treatment (I am hesitant to admit for how long my OCD tendencies forced me to try this). It's not what I would call major, and occurs mainly on the boost side of the rotation. Are there any other possible treatments or is it a "replace it, or live with it" kind of scenario?
