Author Message ohbob New Username: ohbob Post Number: 1 Registered: 12-2011 Posted on Monday, December 26, 2011 - 7:50 pm:    When I set my low pass filter to certain positions my bass sounds like it is running through an envelop follower (sort of "wha" sound). Also the filter pot is not tapered well. At about a quarter turn it is full off/on. Help! Have you had your Spoiler since 1987? If you haven't used it much, or it was recently acquired, you should clean the pots bu rotating 20-40 times, making sure to reach the stop on both ends.
