I am located in Tampa, Florida and I am in need of a good, trustworthy, knowledgeable Luthier to work on my LSB1. Aside from the fret work, I'd like to have an adjustable brass nut installed as well. Could anyone recommend someone? |

I can't help with a luthier referral in Florida, but I believe you can buy an adjustable nut directly from Alembic. Then you can have your local luthier cut the slots to go with your choice of strings. That's the way I would go. Bill, the guitar one |

It's a bit of a trek, but Bass Central is an Alembic Dealer and they're over in Fern Park. If you can't find anything suitable in Tampa, rest assured that the guys at Bass Central could get you dialed in. Plus I'm sure there are plenty of toys to look at that would make the drive NE to Orlando worth your while. |

Thanks for the info. I had already spoken to Beaver about someone in Tampa and he couldn't reccommend anyone. Might have to go to Orlando if I can't find anyone locally. |
