I had since talked to Mica and she indicated that it wouldn't be a problem (neck dive) to go with 34" or 35" scale; obviously shorter would be fine. At some point when I just can't stand it anymore (and the wife lets me...) I'm going to be ordering up a Little Darling bass. I always take a close look at images where I see multiple instruments side by side to see how the different models compare to each other.
