I need to replace all 3 pots on my 1986 Spoiler Bass (p/J pickup cofig.) Where can I obtain these ? Thanks

3 pots and P/J configuration = Persuader, not Spoiler :-)

NO my friend I have all the paperwork from when I bought it new.I thoughtit was a Persuader also. It is indeed a Spoiler,It has been verified by Denny Handa.Strange but true,

You sure they need to be replaced? Have you tried 'exercising' the pots as described in the link below?

If that doesn't work and you need new ones, I think your best bet will be to just call Santa Rosa and get someone on the phone to order them from. I've called there several times for different reasons and have always found the person on the other end of the line to be exceptionally helpful.

My Tech guy emailed Alembic and never heard back.That is why I asked the question on here.

Probably Clarostat sealed pots. There are a million design parameters on them and usually they require a big order from the original company. I would just call Alembic and get a price on them, assuming the pots either just keep spinning around (lost detent) and won't clean up after turning them 50 times to excercise them.

They are not cheap though.

Thanks guys but I still got no info. The "blend" knob just turns freely.The bass has never been mistreadte.the knob simply stopped working. Thanks for trying----Jimmy Lloyd Rea
