Dimensions of a large standard body?

It will help me to make a template to scale to place over pictures in the wood bank in order to better visualise the grain pattern on my bass. That's on a 4 sting neck through with the narrow taper. My '77 measures 15 1/8". I also have what I think is a balance point which is 15 3/4".
