It looks like a triple omega with the Roland midi system but I'm curious what the controls are. They could be many things. I'm pretty confident the Roland bit is a volume and scroll buttons.master volume by the bridge, pickup selector on the lower horn. so what would the other 4 controls be. It's clearly a series guitar of some sort with those pickups. Any guesses? It's the same owner as the one Mike linked to. The upper body half is a wedge - so it's comfortable like tummy and elbow shaping, but the look from the front isn't altered by the carving.
