Hey everyone, just wanted to remind you that there is a SoundCloud group where you can share your recordings that feature Alembic instruments and gear! Great stuff jazzyvee! I went back and listened to some of the other stuff I haven't listened to - some great stuff there, I recommend everyone listen! This is my current fave - Karl Clews doing Daft Punk's "Get Lucky": https://soundcloud.com/karl-clews/get-lucky Side Note: Although I am actually a pretty big fan of Daft Punk, for some reason I didn't get Random Access Memories right away. I was pretty blown away when I finally did get into it - some amazing bass playing, with Nathan East playing on a lot of stuff - I have never heard anything that grabbed me in his playing but he is superb on this album. I think the tune "Giorgio by Moroder" is a masterpiece - like Chic meets Tangerine Dream with some really tasty improvisation thrown in for good measure.
