If I'm lucky, one day I'll have a 'Point'. THIS is the shape that haunts me, and if anything says Alembic, this is it. Series One, Five-string, Thank You.

Many Congrats, Ken.

Just finished my first rehearsal. I'm more comfortable on this neck. It's a really nice neck. The bass is talking to me. The G string is a little light on the volume so I need to do a little tweaking to level it out. It's giving me that inspirational kick that I require out of an instrument. Unlike the women in my life, I think this one is in it for the distance. Don't you just love the beginning of a relationship, with many stories to follow? Thanks all for the kind words and thanks to a special board member for letting this one go.
Funky, I don't know about grafted walnut. The build sheet just says walnut.

Gorgeous bass! And a 32" scale makes it superb! Congratulations!
