When did Alembic change the chassis from blue to black? I remember playing at NAMM for Alembic around that time, and I was all excited that they updated the chassis and used the cast logo on it. I also remember being bummed that there were no red knobs any longer! The red knobs on the original F-2B were actually discontinued before we started using them, but we bought a huge pile of them when we found out the manufacturer wasn't making them anymore. The cast logos had to come out after 1987, since it was a design element that I added and that's when I started actually working here full time, but I really don't recall exactly when. In the early 1980s the original Moduline cabinet went from blue/black to all black.
