Hey Mica, There's another one of those cheezy,P-bass looking things with ALEMBIC ELAN on the headstock back on Ebay again! I let the seller know what they (don't) have... ...and gave them a link to the page with clues to determining an alembic counterfeit, This bass fits all the criteria of a fake even down to the region of it's origin...I'm curious how the seller will respond.If one hasn't played an alembic they might not realize that this fake is a far far cry from one. smiles multiply, Kris |
