Does anyone have one of these? What can I expect the tone to be like with the two humbuckers? Like a Les Paul?

RE: Skylark.

It is awesome. It sounds like a lot of different guitars. It is very paulish. It also gets the PRS tones, all of them. You can even get some strat-ish tones out of it. The two things that this guitar has over all of them though is sustain and trueness. Never a dead note anywhere. And sustain, Spinal Tap only wishes they had a guitar that could sustain a note like this one does.

But, the best part comes when you plug it directly onto a mixing console. Oh yeah. It is very warm and acoustic like. It's like recording an acoustic guitar without the hassle of recording an acoustic guitar.

I have the prototype and it is for sale. You can email me. (alembicdoc@aol.com)
