I have an odd favor to ask of the Club here...

Kind of a long shot, but I'm wondering if someone with an Anniversary Model bass with an Omega-cut body would be willing to measure from the strap button on the upper horn to the strap button located on the (elbow) bout? I take it that's the usual place for Standard Omega and Point bodies, however the Anniversary Model is a *slightly* smaller outline.

Thanks in advance.

reason: I'm getting ready to buy a pretty nice strap for the Custom Fretless bass currently being built. I may possibly buy two if this measurement is radically different from the Alembic I already have.

Thank You, Hodge!

That comes to about 17.4 inches, my Persuader is right at 18 inches. That 1/2" probably won't make a difference, so one strap fits both. =)
