Here's a question I need some help on. I have my Elan 5 string that I'm thinking on upgrading the electronics to a Europa by adding the quick tone switches. My other option is to just add bass and treble controls. There are pros and cons to both sides as I know. Actually the bass doesn't even need more treble. I would just like to add a bass control to it to bring up the bottom end a bit. I realize by adding another tone pot, I can dial in exactly how much bass I want, however, I don't want to add another knob to the front of my bass. By adding the quick switch, I alleviate the knob problem but I don't have as much control. Should I just leave it alone and adjust the amp as I have been doing for the past 11 years? Does any one have any suggestions or comments, please chime in!!!!
Thanks in advance!!!!

Perhaps it could be done with concentric pots? (Two controls stacked on top of eachother)
