Hey Mica! Do you know that I'm so proud using alembic For you all, owning an alembic is not a too hard thing to do. But for me, A 18 yo Thai boy it's a very very hard stuff to do! (In Thailand, the cheapest Alembic is 200,000 Baht. But people here have an average salarie at 10,000-20,000 baht. So it is very very EXPENSIVE! Just only rich people can own) I have to thanks to god that gave me a chance to owning Essence. You know?, When I perform a live everywhere, My bass sound is the most PERFECT one! It's clear and punch than other one's who play before, after me. Everytime I finish my perform, It's must have someone come to me and ask about my essence. I'm so PROUD! Even my essence is not so beauty like other one's. because the old owners used it too bad! But it's still providing a good sound!(Yes, This is the used one... maybe it had up to 5 owners and I bought it just for 30,000 baht ^ ^. I feel that i'm the most lucky boy!) That's all the thing i want to say. I been using alembic for a year! and happy with it everytime i play! Thank you Mica and Alembic Staffs! (Message edited by davehouck on May 10, 2006) |

Its fantastic that you have managed to get such a great instrument so early. I had my first when I was 42 which is about 20 years after i first decided I had to have one. When you get a chance post some pictures here thats what members like to see. All the best. Jazzyvee |
