I know that Tom Hamilton doesn't use Alembic but since I live less than 10 minutes from most of the members of Aersomith I had to post this. I also see Steven Tyler and Tom Hamilton several times per year. I live in Massachusetts and I don't know how many people outside of the state heard this but, Victoria Wightman the 16 year old daughter of Donald Wightman (Aerosmith's Chief of security and tour co-ordinator) was killed in a car accident last week. The 17 year old driver of the other vehicle is facing charges. Recently, there have been a lot of accidents invovlving teenage drivers in Massachusetts. Many people are lobbying the state legislature to make changes in the licensing requirements for teenage drivers. Recently the legislature killed a bill which would require more formal training and increase the age at which a person could obtain a license. As the parent of a 17 year old, I am hoping that the legislature finally does the right thing. Maybe if we all post messages and Alembic can forward those postings to members of Aerosmith, the legislature will make the changes. If not, please join me as members f the nusic community and express our condoloences to the entire Aerosmith family.
