Sorry, I couldn't resist :-) LOL - That IS the typical X vs Y question...

I am thinking of getting one for my birthday or Christmas, for real!

They all look nice anyway, how about one of each?

Terrific, if you've got blue eyes, go for blue, if you got brown eyes go for brown, if you got black eyes go for black...
OK, but we've got a little problem here... if you got green eyes?

What, no cocobolo with red LEDs?
Or maybe you could buy all three and wear them at the same time, for that hippie sandwich look!

I just received my brown cap today (it watches my Arialembic LG MK2), and I must say that it looks gorgeous, very nice finish as well, 100% cotton...
I look proper now, when I wear it!

I wish I had a blue and a black too, and to bad they don't come in green olive, maybe soon...

I think the cap could be used as a visual "Warning" for the giging musicians, i.e telling the audience, you are about to hear some serious low-end...
Do you get me?

What do you reckon?

A Girl/Lady would look dead sexy wearing one of these!
Naked of course...

It depends, if you have a brown bass and a brown jumper...
In fact I have a nice brown jacket, and I chose brown because it'd look nicer with it.

I am like an old man you know, I wear a lot of brown stuff... When I was younger I used to like Black, but I changed.

Hi Graeme,

Thanks. Yes, I meant beige too, at some extend, brown, beige, similar tone. Like the earth tones... sand, trees... I like blue and green too.
I don't know the man you mentioned, but I'll do a search, he seems like a cool guy.

I couldn't resist. I purchased (and already received) the blue one with the neon green logo; smashing!! They can see me comming from miles away - just like the sound of my Alembic bass. And the matching t-shirt does the same job.
Now, if they could only screen-print the fabric to look like zebrawood, that would be another Alembic original.

That's a nice one too. I was hesitating between the blue and the brown, and went for the brown for discretion, and it's got a very nice and discreet light bleu embroidered logo, which must be seen in real to be appreciated. Now, I am waiting for the green olive...

LG - terry Wogan; Irishman, BBC radio 2 presenter. TV presenter, main presenter for Children in need, Eurovision and so on. Probably the most famous media celebrity in the UK.

I Graeme, sorry, I am such a hermit! Really, I avoid the TV so much, apart to watch a movie once in a while... Anyway, he is a good guy I see. Thanks.

Sorry, but the UK contingent really should know the adage "A gentleman never wears brown." I'm pretty sure it extends to beige.

Wogan might be excused, being of Irish descent.

Well, I should be excused too then, because I am of Sicilian descent...

What I like about brown or beige, it's like country colors, discreet and peaceful, it blends in with the nature very well too...

A true gentleman will never be overlooked for blending in with the scenery.

And there are those who stand out like a sore finger.
