It's Anniversary electronics with a dummy humcanceller to mimic JAE's stuff (and a "horn" mounted pick-up selector switch for nostalgia as well). | ||

That bass is exactly where it belongs. I could not imagine anyone else playing it and having symmetry as Oliver does with Tears for John. Well done! | ||

Yep, and of course a master vol on the front horn. The sound is really fantastic, similar to the Spyders with the upper mids and the treble, but adding a great punch in the lows which the Spyders donīt have that significantly. Rgdg to the Ashdown: with my B2 I played mainly distorted through a Boss-ME50B pedal but now with TFJ I play mainly only using the Asdowns natural distortion and I get a true Shepperton Bush Piano sound. It is really fantastic. I am really glad that I have TFJ. Maybe an 8string should follow? Oliver (Spyderman) | ||

That thing looks so beautiful that I would almost pay for a airline ticket to hear it. And it sounds like you got alot of good friends to back up the fact that you deserve it (all-be-it I don't know the secret story). But really who is to say who deserves Alembics. I know if anybody doesn't deserve one, it is me. But God blessed me with an awesome one pick-up Excel and a Series II on order. I don't know how one could sleep at night after playing a monster like that. It must be nice!! God bless, hope you can come down if you need to. Paul | ||
