This is by far the happiest day of my life!! I've been saving 3 years, and I finally got myself an Alembic. A 1977 long scale, came with original paperwork, power supply, case etc. Its list of builders include Rick Turner, and Michael Dolan. I'm going to post some more pics of the guitar as soon as I can find camera's my memory card, but for now, heres a quick shot with my webcam. (its going to be backwards, its not a lefty guitar) |

Very, very nice Sam. I'll wager it plays like lightning and sounds like thunder! Congratulations! |

S Those of us who were at or near 50 before we got our first one salute you. We are with you every time the insides and outsides let (make?) you do something that causes you to look down and wonder where that wonderful sound came from. dw |

Hey Sam, congrats on the new instrument. I have a lot of respect for someone as yourself who has the patience to save for three years for your guitar, rather than simply use a credit card. Good job man! |

Thank you all! I couldn't be happier with it. I never imagined so many different beautiful sounds could all come out of the same instrument! This may be my first, but it certainly will not be my last |

Sam - that is on bad arse lookin' scream machine! I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting for more pictures, something tells me that you have better things to do with your time then look for a stinking memory card. ;-) |
