If you read Mica's post on how to spot a fake, this bass makes every mistake that she tells us to look for. I sent a message to the person selling it, telling them it is a fake. After all, we've all met tons of people who know what fenders and gibsons are but have never heard of alembic. I know this is the same guy that's been making the fakes for a while, it has all the tell-tale signs.
