How do the tips hold up on an Omega - Heart cutout? |

They are delicate - never set a bass or guitar with a carved out Omega directly on the Omega tips - always use a proper stand. Some people never break one off - others are repeat offenders. It's all in the handling. |

Elwood, I don't think that he ever worked for Mr. Thompson, but if I remember correctly, he did break an omega tip (in a gig bag). Mine stays in the case. I would weep. Bradley |

I've dropped my triple omega once from a very short distance onto the bottom omega cutout. Only some very minor scars on the finish. I consider myself lucky. It travels in the Alembic supplied hardcase when it goes to gigs. As your attorney I advise you rent a fast car with no top... |
