I havent been to alembic since 1983 when ron fixed an electrical problem on my bass at No Charge.......that was very cool of him!

I remember speaking to Ron about 8 years ago when I first got my bass.
He was so kind, and talked me through even opening the control compartment (which I was so scared to do at the time)....Mythical creatures and all that!
He pin pointed the slight problem straight away over the phone, and told me how to fix it!.....You don't get better than speaking to God himself!! (no blasphemy intended guys)
Did cost me about $15 for the 25 minute call (severe for a Scotsman!!) but ever since, I've been an Alembician
