Hi Mica, I was changing strings on my new Series II this week and noticed that the bridge is oriented with a very slight angle to it. The edge closest to the pick-ups is ever so slightly lower than the edge closest to the tail-piece. Possibly the holes for the height screws were drilled in at a slight angle? The bridge works fine. I was just curious as to whether whether this angle serves a purpose, or is actually typical for most Alembic bridge asemblies. Thanks again, James |

Yeah, it's typical. The string pull forces the leading (pickup) edge of the bridge slightly lower. |
