I went to the Alembic plant yesterday and we saw at least a million dollars worth of instruments. The place is mind boggeling! If you haven't gone make it a priority.Thank you, Mica, Mary, Ron, Chris, and everyone else, that took the time to explain the process and show us around. You made our day! which was very special to begin with. Rainbows, wedding, and Alembic. Bless you all!

I will, Art. Thank you for the loving thoughts. Also, thank you for stepping up and being one of the moderators. It is really important to those of us who really enjoy this place. Ron was very intrigued by the Hyak and looked it over for quite a while. Jacquelyn and I were very taken with the Wickersham family. They are wonderful.

Nick:

Congrats! May I offer two pieces of advice my very wise father passed along to me on my wedding day almost nine years ago:

1. If your wife is happy, you have a chance to be happy. If your wife isn't happy, you're not going to be happy.

2. Don't fight with your wife. But if you should get in a fight with your wife, for God's sake, don't win!

May you both enjoy peace and prosperity for many years to come.

Bill, tgo

Nick; I've read through this thread and I'm confused. As I read the posts, either -
a - you decided to go to Alembic for your honeymoon (very cool!), or -
b - you were at Alembic and suddenly got married (even cooler!)

Congrats!!!

lmao... Congrats Nick!!!

If the mothership was on the east coast it would've probably been on our honeymoon intin!

I talked to Mary a couple of weeks ago, and I hear that my beloved 75-137 is in the showroom (part of that 1M inventory), awaiting shipping... can't hardly wait!!!

Thank you, Dave! We went to Santa Rosa to drop off my Hyak, and decided to get married while we were down there. It has turned out to be the best day of my life, so far!
Mike I saw and touched 137 while I was there. Fantastic instrument. The old ones are very special. Hope you get it back soon.
