On the quote generator, the Triple O is a $1600 upgrade and the Anniversary electronics are a $300 upgrade from a "typical" Signature series instrument. The seller appears to be waiting on the "right" buyer with that BIN price (close to the "quoted" price of a new build unless I'm missing something). |

FWIW, I think that I used to own that bass... See it here http://alembic.com/club/messages/411/2898.html?1270056185 It's a really beautiful bass, but I couldn't get used to the Triple Omega shape because it's very uncomfortable to play sitting down. Looks fantastic on stage, though... |

Sounds like it sold for $3900 in March of this year. It's been "passed around" a good bit... I wonder if there are problems other than the ergonomics??? |
