LED issue

What is likely up? Battery issue? I just recently went through the same situation with my brown bass. If the switch is not used frequently enough oxidation can build up on the contacts. By exercising the switch you clean the contacts. When the batteries go the LED's lose their brightness and eventually go out. I have to flick it on and off a few times before they stay on but once on they stay on and once off they stay off. I don't use the led's much so probably exercising may be required. As the bass is at my other home, I will try that this weekend. As an aside, when people see the LEDs they go wild. Some take pics with their phones. It is remarkable how many have never ever seen an Alembic.
