My request took about a month and a half. Mica does the best she can at getting to these - The build lookup is done in her 'spare time'. All within 24-hours. Healthy dose of mojo included. At that angle, you would have seen the contrast with the mahogany, like on my Spoiler so my guess would be solid koa. It might be flame koa, or what Mica calls watermark koa. It's missing the pickup selector knob, I don't think you can turn it with your fingers. You can of course replace the selector with a pan pot - small investment, tremendous increase in the range of tones available. You can send just the preamp (and probably the pots and wiring harness) to the Mothership, and have them add a 3-way Q switch for even more tone choices. Enjoy! Very nice chunk of wood!
