It was a gift from my family when I graduated from high school. I was then and still am a dedicated bassist, so owning a Series Alembic is a real joy. I was curious about what information might be turned up for my model (serial # 76 573). It's a small body Series I with unusual Grover "twisted" tuners. Before I purchased it, the previous owner had installed a master volume. I'm doing a little maintenance work on the PUs at the moment, but should have it sorted before long. Many thanks for the information, though. I expected it to take a while to locate the specifics on my bass...I'm in no hurry!
