Thought I would post this link,

http://www.jerzydrozdbasses.com/akcndfr54jdhrei567/Ultimate_Guide_ver100.pdf

Before owning an Alembic and joining the club I used to refer to this, there are many posts on the site regarding setup, this post is not meant to detract from the great advise currently available, its just for info.

This is fabulous, and very nice of JD to offer it for free, this obviously was professionally done with a lot of time spent getting it right.

Now, where in the hell do I get a torque wrench (brilliant!) that would let me get on the Alembic TR nuts?

This information is so valuable, when I first learnt to do set ups I bought a cheap guitar from a pawn shop and set about taking it apart.
I have done loads of set ups and repairs for my son's muso friends(the reward was usually a six pack of beer!).
You cannot have too much info about this subject!
