Maybe another one caught his eye? I'm thrilled and very curious about the possible Jason Newsted connection.I read somewhere that he owned a pair of 20th Anniversary basses,I'm a big fan of Jason's and finding out that this WAS one of his would be the cherry on the whipped cream!.Ultimately,regardless of the mystery,I'm delighted and proud to be back in the Alembic fold and I thank you for your time. There's almost 0% chance that Jason owned the bass and that we sold it to Bass Centre London later. My best guess is that we started this bass for Jason, and that during the construction he selected another 20th Anniversary and so this was temporarily homeless but adopted by The Bass Centre. I'm glad to know that the note brought a smile to you!
