Purchased this Series 1 bass from a guy in Oregon.Was wondering about it's past.He said it had 2 previous owners. Thanks

Here's what I found in the instrument file:

top: Maple
back: Maple
body: Mahogany
neck: Maple and Purpleheart
scale: 32" medium
fingerboard: Gabon Ebony
inlays: mother of pearl
tuners: Schaller
peghead veneers: Zebrawood
originally made for: Music Emporium, IL
birthday: Sept 23, 1980

The person you purchased the bass from is correct. There were 2 previous owners before him. The bass first lived in Illinois, then later in Rhode Island for a few months. It was in Oregon for over a decade.
