Hello.
Can I convert a 110V IN-2 to 240V neatly? Would the factory have a correct transformer that fits inside the device?
I am somewhat reluctant to have an external power supply.

Yes , You can get a quote from Acopian on making you a sealed regulated replacement potted supply . Your input line voltage input specs and +/- 15 Volts DC @ 300 to 500 milliamps load output should do the trick.
I replaced one such as this in one of mine from Acopian .

There was NOT a power transformer in either one of my IN-2's
There are how ever nice UTC audio transformers within .

All was going well until this happened

Did not win: Alembic IN-2 Input Module, stereo direct box and power supply.

Did someone here get it?

I have had an IN-2R in the 80' and it was working with 220-240 without changes. Special export ?

Pierre, either special export or someone modified it before you owned it .

It was on eBay in Oz. It went for the equivalent of US$425. Someone snagged a bargain!
I know it was not you Wolf.

That's the nature of eBay highest bidder wins.

I just have to wait a little longer.
