i need an harris a9 911-5 to repair an old type 2
where can i get it or something equal

The 911 ICs were actually discontinued before we even started to build. We bought a heap, used our supply, saving a bunch of spares, but they are now exhausted.

5534 is what you replace with, and we have a service sheet you can request by phone and we'll mail it with the spare part if you can't find it locally. It's not super-easy to convert, but it can be done.

If you don't want to deal with the conversion, you can send your board to us and we will repair it or replace it with a rebuilt board for a flat $75 fee.
