Hello, Just took delivery of my 2nd Alembic in as many weeks, a 4 string Rogue. :-) Very curious about its history. Regards, Jon |

Hi Jon, I'll be pulling records today and tomorrow, but you'll need to find the rest of the numbers, there should be 5 digits after the Q. Thanks, Mica |

Hi Mica, Just looked again, and it's stamped "97Q1691 USA" on the brass truss rod cover. I can take a picture of it tonight if you'd like. Thanks Jon |

Mica, As a further follow-up, I just popped the control cavity cover off the back and checked inside. It is clearly stamped "97Q1691 USA". Thanks Jon |

Cool, that will settle the misnumbering issue. I'll get you the details tomorrow when I've got the rest of the pending research complete. |
