I have just purchased an Epic 6 String and would like to get some info about it's history, the electronics and the woods that are used. I have registered the bass and updated the info that I have on it. Thanks so much. Derek |

Hi Mica and Artwork99, Thanks for your welcome and help in finding details on my Epic 6 String. I am very proud to own it and be a part of the Alembic Owners Club. There is something very special about all Alembics that sets them apart from all other bass guitars. I am aiming to purchase a series 2, sometime. They are so rare here in Australia. I'm still trying to become accustomed to the weight of this bass. I guess it's weight is the reason for it's beautifully even, smooth tone and magnificent sustain. I doubt I will ever sell it. Thanks again for the welcome. Derek |
