Hi Richard,

We haven't heard from this bass since it was made in 1978. Here's what I found in the file:

top & back: Zebrawood
body core: Mahogany
through body neck: Maple and Purpleheart 34" long scale
fingerboard: Ebony with mother of pearl inlays
peghead veneers: Zebrawood
birthday: May 27, 1978
originally made for: Rothchild

Thanks Mica!

It has a black plastic nut, is that normal?

Also, at some point someone moved the pick-up selector down to where the rest of the knobs are and covered up the old hole with a brass plate and non-functional LED.

I'm burning through 9-volts like crazy, I'd love to get a hold of a power supply. Can they be ordered directly from Alembic? I live in Japan so finding a dealer is kind of hard.

Thanks,

Rich
