Hi everybody. My gorgeous Elan 6 string is missing the middle bolt in the nut (see pic). It's really impossible to find one in Italy, but I'm lucky enough to have a friend going to New York for some days. Does anybody knows if there's a shop in the Big Apple where it's possible to get one of those bolts? Thanks. |

5/16" hex set-screw. Ask Mica if she can send you one out. It's not common outside the US. Here's a link to Mica's hardware specs http://alembic.com/club/messages/16271/16311.html?1107542274 Welcome to the board! Kris |

Ooops, That's just the wrench size. You'll need one of those too. The set screw is probably something like a #6-32 thread x 1/4" long? Mica will know for sure! Kris |

Last september I wrote to the halpdesk and they told me they should send me what I was looking for, but I never received anything. I guess it got lost along the way to Italy. I can't ask for one more shipment. Sorry but I got no idea about the bass/nut specs. |
