I was finally able to get the back bras cover off, and the strangest thing was that it came off without a hitch. It was a year since my last attempt, but the weather gods were in my favor, getting the assist. Anyway the SN # listed above is for what I assume is a Series I model (6-string). Is there any more info I can gather up on my baby from this info, like the woods used? Thanks again all! Kenny |

Are the screws out? If so try a rubber mallet. If not try WD-40 (be careful to protect the finish on the wood) |

Hi Kenny, I'd lightly sand down the edge of the plate while it's free, especially if you see any tooling marks that could act like teeth in the future.
