Hi, I recently bought this bass (second-hand). It is an Epic 4, apparently from '93. I would be happy to receive any additional information on this bass (if available). In addition, I think the setup of this bass is far from perfect. I may post some pictures of it to get some advice on what I should be do about the bass (although I believe that I need to do that in another forum?). Thank you very much in advance. |

Hi Keith, Thanks for the info. I will be trying that. However, now I come to think of it.... the (adjusting) tools etc. did not come with the bass. Will need to figure out how I to get the necessary equipment. |

Congratulations on your new Epic. You'll need inch-sized tools, so that can be a bit of a problem - the millimeter sizes can really damage the the bolts and nuts. |

Hi Erwin, Here's the details I found in the instrument file: WLB4 Epic 4-string bass top: Figured Walnut accent: Maple pinstripe body: Mahogany neck: 3-piece Maple scale: 34" long fingerboard: Ebony pickups: MXY4 controls: volume, blend, bass, treble, mono output originally made for: Wils Musikimport birthday: November 2, 1993 There's no record of previous registrations or repairs for this bass.
