Sometime during my gig last night one of the set screws for my neck pickup decided to jump out of the bass. Which is odd because I didn't notice the pickup being loose or anything prior to this happening.

Anyone know what size screw this is?

I don't know the size, but the following might be helpful.

From the FAQ; "Because ferrous magnetic materials have the most affect on response, we don't use magnetic steel screws to anchor the pickup, we use stainless."

A replacement set is shown in the store for $5.99.

I suppose you could take out the other top neck pickup screw and take it with you to the hardware store and look for a matching stainless steel screw.

So... how long does it typically take to get an order filled from the online store?

I ordered a replacement set on March 22 and still haven't received anything but the automated yahoo checkout receipt. No "processing", "shipped", "here is your tracking number"...

Good thing I was able to loot one of the screws off my JPJ so I can gig my Rogue. I'd probably be fairly upset if that wasn't the case.

You may want to give the office a call sometime between 10am and 4pm.
