God what a tone beast. I own 25 basses and this one is in a class by itself.

James,
The electronics in Alembic instruments are definitely superior along with the finest of woodwork.
It gets better yet, wait until you place your fingers onto a Series instrument.
Enjoy your bass.
Play it Healthy!

Will let our sound engineer try to tame the beast tonight. I will let you know how it went.

I'll bet he likes the tone quality. You're probably going to be heard like never before. Are you laying down the Ric? Enjoy the gig at Risky Business!

I own about 23 bass guitars. It's a weekness of mine. I used the Essence the entire gig. What a difference. I can get every sound I ask for and then some. It combines the sustain and high ends of the Ric and the bottom end of my Tobias. I will keep the Tobias by my side as a spare but the Essence is now number one. A blast at Risky Business.

Please be patient as these lookups can take time. I have one out since December of 2008. These are hand written files at Alembic and Mica does them when she can between all the other parts of the business she is involved in. Someday Mica may even get caught up ;)
