Chances are the person who ordered it just wanted something different. There are a couple paint finish Tributes that I remember seeing in the showcase section. Good luck with the potential purchase. Mica has a lot of work on her plate and the serial number request aren't a high priority (meaning sometimes you have to wait awhile to get the info). If you're looking for quick info, we could probably sort out a lot of the details if you posted a picture of the guitar in question.
