I have been playing this bass for several years now. Guitar Center sold it to me a few years back but I don't know it's history before then but would be curious to find out.

Last night my input jack gave out and I need to acquire a new one. Any help I could get would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Best thing to do is to call us at 707 523 2611 to place an order by phone. The jack is prewired with a connector, so you can change it yourself. $15 for one, $25 for 2 (so you have your next spare). Their expected life is 5-10 years depending on the connector on your cable.

Thanks for this info I will call tomorrow as it is too late for today.

Also, how do I change my user name? I have an auto thing that finishes words for me and I did not notice right away that it has been putting in 'rouge' instead of 'rogue'. I can easily remedy that but it is in my user name now and that is bugging a few of the other members I think. Also, I want to wait until I hear back on my bass's background. GC called it a 'Coco Bolo Rogue' when they sold it to me but looking at a pictures of Coco Bolos on your site I am not sure that is the same wood. Could be an imaging thing but I want to be sure. I don't care what the bass is made of nor did I back then. It was purchased based on how it sounded and sweet it was to play and the rest was all just noise to me. Frankly, it could be made of pine for I care as long as it plays and sounds the way it does. But I should still make sure I get it right when I speak. Info from a GC clerk can be hit or miss so your official word will be interesting. Not a rush though. If you have guys posting here with purchases pending on the results they should get serviced first even if they posted after me. Mine has been with me for years so I have nothing more than idle curiosity riding here.

My screen name I usually use when I go around was already taken here so I had to come up with something else and I figured that 'what the bass is' would make for the best name. So I don't want to say 'Coco Bolo' if it is something different.
