As you are considering a purchase, I think you would be better off phoning up Alembic and asking directly rather than wait for this thread to be updated. It's not the most regularly updated page by Mica. I bought my first alembic in the UK and i got the serial number from the shop and rang Alembic and Mica told me when it was made and what the model was. Thankfully in my case the shop had it listed as a standard model but Mica told me that "No it's definately a deluxe model". I didn't feel I needed to relay that information to the shop so I made a big saving from their lack of knowledge. Anyway the time difference should make it a good time to call when you get home from work. All the best with the negotiations. Jazzyvee |
