Hi Folks. Actually this Furthur is newer than new, it is in final stages of completion. Fretboard to be inlaid then its done. Sadly circumstances cause me to part with some of my instruments and gear. I may also be selling my Tribute:

http://www.alembic.com/info/fc_amadablam.html

I would rather sell the Furhtur only because I have not actually played it yet, so it doesn't have the the same sentimental value built up as the Tribute. Memories of those (few) times when I really felt in the zone and notes flowed like a mountain stream.

Anyway the link to info on my Tribute is above and some pics of my Furthur earlier in the construction phase are below. Some infor on the Furthur, Quilted maple front and back, continous wood back plates, amber fret marker lights, light amber finish and inlaid fret board pics of inlays below. Please note that as of today the fretboard inlaying has not started, so a buyer could opt for standard Alembic ovals or no inlay if you don't like the ones I chose. Please note I had the inlays from another source (they are white MOP) and sent them to Alembic. All work has been paid for and I would be willing to sell for less than I have put into the guitar.

If interested send me an email and we can talk/correspond. I will also let you know what other guitars, banjo, mandolin, gear I would be willing to part with.

Here are the pics I mentioned:

Those are some impressive inlays. My condolences that you are forced to sell it.

Many thanks for the condolences, hydrargyrum and Dan!

Saddly I have explored all the options I can think of and will have to proceed with offering this Furthur for sale, and am also selling my Tribute mentioned above and a Ressurection Cripe/Bolt guitar.

Again thanks for the good wishes.
