Might be a good deal . After a Serial number check it could be one to consider. Only draw back is the location if you want to check it out in person if your on the other coast. It would be a swell vacation treat for someone.

The head veneer is matched the grain.

I talked to the owner and I'm seriously considering buying this bass. The guy would be willing to ship it to Alembic for me for a spot check. If I do this, I'll have lots of music things for sale! :-)!

Peruvian Walnut, which is the same family as the European/Persian/California Walnuts. The bass is beaut!
