I love the wood choices and body shape, but not a fan of the cone headstock. Good looking bass! |

I noticed that the bass has a "Custom" SN rather than a "Series" SN... I guess because it doesn't have a "Series" body (no back laminate). I tried to trade for a bass with SII electronics that also had a non-series body, so I guess there are a few out there. I love my short scales and would like to get another Series instrument, but the clunky power supply issue is making me think twice. A "Blue Box" would work (although I prefer to go wireless), but that adds another $500+ to the cost of the bass. Hmmmmm..... |

Re-listed. I was giving this one serious consideration. But after reading about Alder's effect on tone, I'm afraid I would be disappointed. |
