Hi, everybody! In a few weeks, I'm going to have the opportunity to look for a Series II, and I guess the Alembic Club would be the most appropriate place. I'm located in France, so I'll have a preference for instruments in Europe, but will consider any other option, of course. All the bass't, les amis! |

et bien, bien sûr qu'on parle de celle de Paul. Ouf course we are talking about Paul's bass. Si tu nous disais ce que tu cherches plus précisément ? What are you looking for ? what wood, 4 strings, 5, 6 ? |

Thankk you guys for your messages!! I'm looking for a bass that would make me sweat :-) Not for its weight, but for everything else!!! More seriously, about strings, my best would be a 5 string, but I'm comfortable with a 4 and 6 string bass too! There are so many beauties in the SeriesII showcase section, man!!! All the bass't! |

You have 3 choices: either you want to try and you will buy in this shop, or you take a risk and you buy less expensive in the U.S., or you order a custom. In all cases there is this address in Europe, about 6 hours drive. You will not find Alembic series "ready to play" in a shop in Europe. Here are the pictures from station-music: http://www.station-music.de/bass/alembic.html c'est parce que je suis passionné que j'écris autant de publicité !! because I am passionate about as much publicity as I write! Et ces basses sont monstrueuses !! |

Merci pour ces liens, Pierre-Yves! J'ai bien conscience des différentes options qui s'offrent à moi pour acheter un bijou pareil. Mais le fait est que je ne suis pas pressé à la minute, donc je ne m'emballe pas... Thanks for your help, Pierre-Yves! I'm aware of the different options for purchasing such a jewel! The point is that I'm not in a hurry for buying, so I manage to remain cool... |
